How has RGI and Samantha’s Gift of Hope changed your lives?

RGI by far is the best fertility clinic in the area. Dr. Massellal is a phenomenal doctor and person through and through, she listens, she brings you back down to earth when you’re spiraling and she always has an optimistic outlook no matter what. Dr. Nash did my retrieval and he was so kind and supportive. Katlin, my navigator, words can’t even describe how grateful we were to have her. She was prompt, supportive, kind and she made this process 1000% times easier having that open line of communication.

Samantha’s Gift of Hope gave us our hope back. Being the recipients of this grant allowed us to focus on the goal of starting our family without the financial burden. We are extremely grateful and thankful for Lisa, Matt and Samantha that they provide this opportunity to families and that they selected us for this grant.

What made you and your partner decide to seek help for infertility?

After our ectopic we were told that we shouldn’t have any issues getting pregnant. After months and month of negative tests, we wanted to look deeper into everything just to make sure everything was normal because we got pregnant so easily the first time around.

How did you decide on RGI?

We decided on RGI after numerous friends highly recommended Dr. Massellal and Dr. Nash. We started out at another clinic initially and we just felt like another number. After our initial appointment with Dr. Massellal, we knew this was the best place for us. She had such compassion and support and it was less “doctor” feeling and more family.

How did Samantha’s Gift of Hope provide support/comfort during IVF?

Lisa was very welcoming and encouraging during this process. She wants to hear updates throughout the process.
